I mean is there anything cuter than Mr. Fox?! What is even better is there is a Mrs. Fox too! Scroll down for the complete free pattern or get the ad-free, printable PDF here.

If you’re looking for a youthful, fun project to crochet for Christmas, check out this crochet fox pattern.

The Mr. Fox Toy is so sweet and fun and is the perfect counterpart to the adventurous Mrs. Fox Toy.

Mr. Fox has a removable jacket and crochet scarf for easy cleaning, or if you wanted to make him a couple of other outfits too. He’s entirely stitched up with single crochet stitches so this is an easy crochet project with a big payoff.

I love how fun this fox toy is. He seems like the perfect friend to take on road trips. It’s made out of an acrylic wool blend which adds durability and softness. Everything a kid’s toy needs.

Stuff the tail, and whip st in place in the center of the back, about 2 rows up from the bottom. Weave in all ends, and assemble jacket. Place the front and back pieces together with right sides facing each other, and whip st across the top, and up the sides leaving 4 rows down from the shoulder open for the arm. Turn right side out, and whip st sleeve in place.
